BODY BLAST (High Intensity Interval Training) - This is where it all begins. Total body, butt-kicking workout with strength training, AMRAPs (as many reps as possible), EMOMs (every minute on the minute), and more. This class is not only fun, but adaptable for any person of any ability.
Designed for all fitness levels. 30 minutes.
Titan Training- This strength/resistance training class will improve your overall endurance and longevity with focused weight lifting exercises. Not only will this class burn serious calories, it will continue burning calories all day. Weight lifting will also protect your from injury during everyday activities! And no, ladies - lifting weights will NOT make you “bigger!”

Biscuits and Gravy - Jackson will help you strengthen and tone your core and glutes with resistance training.
Designed for all fitness levels. 30 minutes.
Top Guns- Are you ready for the gun show? Flex those biceps, triceps, and shoulders after this arm-focused class.

Personal Training - 30 minutes of a tailored workout suited to your needs! Can be split with a partner.

FAQ
What if I have an Injury?
First and foremost, you must be cleared by your doctor to workout if you have an injury.
Please inform your trainer of any injuries you have prior to the class starting. Your trainer will ensure you have an alternative exercise to replace any movements that cause pain. The longer you work with us, the better we will be at addressing your individual needs with varied exercises.
If you experience pain while working out with us, we will refer you to who we consider to be the best physical therapist in Jacksonville, Adam Schoenberg with Atlas Fitness. We work personally with Adam to help you apply his programming for a double-dose of healing movement.
